How Booking Your Wedding Photography Works

Bothwell's sandstone buildings, the Clyde River and Ratho Farm, often called Australia's oldest golf course, give heritage and country. Highland winters are cold, so we plan for frost.

Frequently Asked Questions

We usually recommend 1-2 photographers for intimate weddings (under 100 guests) and 2-3 for larger celebrations. That gives you full coverage of the ceremony and reception without important moments being missed.

Edited highlights are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks. Full galleries of high-resolution photos are provided within 4-6 weeks. Same-day edits are available for reception viewing on request.

We plan for it in advance: backup indoor locations, equipment suited to wet or windy conditions, and a photographer who has already walked your venue and knows the covered options.

Packages include a pre-wedding consultation, full-day coverage, professional in-house editing, high-resolution digital files, and a highlight film. Albums, prints, and engagement sessions can be added.

Yes, drone photography and videography are available for aerial shots of your venue, location portraits, and ceremony coverage. This requires proper permits and insurance, which we manage.

Yes. Every wedding booking has a named backup from our own team. If your photographer is ever unavailable on the day, someone who already knows your plan steps in. We have not cancelled a wedding in 15 years.
