Please read these Terms & Agreements ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Sujan Studio ("we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or website- SujanStudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
Sujan Studio provides photography services, including but not limited to:
- Studio portraits
- On-location shoots
- Commercial photography
- Wedding photography
- School and event photography
Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, or, as specified in our booking process.

Full payment is due on or before the day of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations, changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Copyright and Usage Rights
- Sujan Studio retains copyright of all images produced.
- A license for personal use is granted to the client upon full payment.
- Commercial use of images requires a separate license agreement and is subject to fee.
Image Delivery
- Digital images will be delivered within the discussed time frame, mentioned at the time of invoicing, of the photoshoot.

Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for photoshoot locations, if applicable.
- Clients must inform us of any restrictions or limitations that may affect the photoshoot.
Limitation of Liability
- Sujan Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Australia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
